Actually there is no need for mi to haf this entry. Its juz 不说不爽. While i was travelling to work today, i keep pondering abt tat incident happened in office yesterday when i was on off. Same old incident. This time round the "victim" is one of my colleague who ganna slapped for other ppl's mistake. Poor ting. Well, if u tink tat the problem is solved over one solid day, u jolly well go n slap urself too. =) Problems are never solved here due to the culture. So how? Juz got to adapt to it ~

Now i am very confident that one haf to haf the capabilites of 3 types of person in order to survive or to be "successful". I call it the 3 - S Let mi enlighten those ppl who r interested in joining my team. =)

1. Siam-ster - U got to be a Siam-ster for sure. U got noe how to siam if there is a task or a problem thrown to u suddenly out of no where. To make tings worse, the task or problem got nothing to do with u at the first place. U got haf the ablilty and skill to "expand" or "contract" at all times ( i doesnt mean any parts of the body) when u face any problem. Siam here siam there is a daily routine. Dun try to face the problem regardless of the high level of confident u haf. It wont be appreciated. U will be suan-ed for being "over reactive" instead. Be a moving target board instead of a stationary one, its enhence ur life bar in company.

2. Sit-ter - Up to a point tat u cannot siam anymore, u gt to be a sit-ter. Its not tat give up to go home n baby sit ur kids ok! Being a professional sitter, u gt to sit on the problems or tasks if fail to siam them. This is really an Art of dealling with problems. FYI, i onli manage to master 30% of the skill till now. In order to be a gd Sit-ter, u gt to be really bo-chap no matter wat happen up to a point tat the problem hits a situation whereby it concerns abt ur pocket. Otherwise, juz sit on it!!! Simply "No Money No Talk" mode. However, even if u speak up or take actions on the problems, outcome might not be wat u expected as support given by the management is always the minimum. Within minimum support cums minimum responsibility. Tats damn true!

3.Smoker - This is the final stage and the most important stage. No matter whether u smoke Marlboro or Dunhill, it doesnt concern mi at all. The smoker i am toking abt is someone who can actaully smoke-out (army term) when problems hit the most critical point. In tat situation, there is no way to siam or sit liao. Onli way is to smoke out and retrograde. Ladies who haf not been in the army will not noe the term of smoke out. Smoke out means tat whenever we face any dangers in the forest when we r out for missions, the safest ting to do before we retrograde is to throw a smoke grenade. No matter the enemy is a human or a beast, the smoke will provide a best cover for u to escape. So it applies here in my company oso. Smoke-out at suitable timing will eventually save our @ss in this company. Once the smoke grenade is thrown, the management will be blurred by the smoke thus problem will subside for awhile. As u noe, sillyporeans r very forgetful, they will tend to forget the incident/problem after a period of time. Well, an example of a effective smoke-out. =)

the lighting guru - tadao ando

Tadao Ando is a bit of a hero of mine, because he is one of the few architects in the world who is largely self-taught.

Before he ventured into architecture, he worked as a boxer and as a truck driver.
From 1962 to 1969, starting in his early twenties, Ando embarked on a self-directed course of architectural study that took him across Japan to visit temples, shrines, and tea houses, and as far away as Europe, Africa and to the United States. He studied architecture by going to look at actual buildings, and also by reading books about the works of architects like Le Corbusier, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Frank Lloyd Wright, and Louis Kahn, before returning to his native Osaka at the age of 28 to open his own studio, Tadao Ando Architect & Associates.

Now i will show some pics of one of his design which is my fav -

the church of light.

The Church of the Light is a small structure on the corner of two streets at Ibaraki, a residential neighborhood. It is located 25km north-northeast of Osaka in the western foothills of the Yodo valley railway corridor. The church has an area of roughly 113 m² (1216 ft²): about the same size as a small house.
The church was planned as an add-on to the wooden chapel and minister's house that already existed at the site. The Church of the Light consists of three 5.9m concrete cubes (5.9m wide x 17.7m long x 5.9m high) penetrated by a wall angled at 15°, dividing the cube into the chapel and the entrance area. One indirectly enters the church by slipping between the two volumes, one that contains the Sunday school and the other that contains the worship hall. The benches, along with the floor boards, are made of re-purposed scaffoldings used in the construction. A cruciform is cut into the concrete behind the altar, and lit during the morning (as it is facing east).

I actually did a to-scale mock up model of the church of light during my poly days. Took quite a number of photos in the Light studio to test it out. The effect is really amazing! Tats y i still consider tadao ando as my idol till this day. =)

Hope tat i will can drop by the church when i visit Osaka in Oct. If not, hope will at least go there once before i kick the bucket.

The 8M Plan

Well, one pic tells it all rite? Yes. I am refering to the ultimate 8M TOTO draw commencing tml 080808. 8M sia, can really do alot of tings with it. However, one haf to be very HENG in order to win tat prize alone. No point sharing the prize with another 2 or 3 winners. One solid solid winner will be damn gd!

I haf actually discussed with my love ones abt the 8M prize juz in case i "sway sway " manage to strike the big prize tml. I haf came up with a plan on how i am going to deal with the 8M solid cash. Let mi state out the plan man!

Out of the 8M prize :

-1M will be shared between my parents. (Consider adequate for them. Dad can rent out his stall and retire frm tat moment. Mum can enjoy high tea sessions with her sisters or frens daily without fail. Special medical care attention will be always ready if they need.)

- 0.5M will be set as a education fund for both my younger brothers. (Fund will allow them to complete their highest level of education if they can. Part of the fund will also be used as capital for them if they r interested in setting up their own career.)

- 0.5M will be set as leisure fund for my family. ( Will buy a black BMW 7series for my dad. Will get a red MINI Cooper S each for both my brothers. Will buy a gold MINI Cooper S Cab JCW edition for myself. Will bring my buddies out for a gd meal, either having kobe steaks in japan or salmons in Norway. End with a 3 months trip to Europe with family, my dear and brother's gf.)

- 2M will be set as a housing fund for both me n dear. ( Will buy a condo unit. Penthouse unit prefered. Prefered to be located near to the coastal line as it will be more convenient for us to go sailing as we haf plans in buying a yatch. Interior deco and designs will be all decided by dear. She will haf the final say.)

- 4M will be safe kept in a bank with the highest interest. ( Interest earned monthly will be used as daily expense. However, i will be still working daily as per normal.)

Well, tats wat my 8M plan is all about. Lets hope tat i will strike big tml nite ! Huat ar!

Its a beautiful Saturday man. Weather is so gd and i am happily waiting to go off in showroom. But not going home n slack but to report for my RT session!! Song bo???

Well, i would to share a story with my reader about a true story happened on a typical Sillyporean.Here it goes:

One day, Ah Huat was walking along Orchard Road after leaving his office to end his tiring day. He was dragging his heavy feets to the nearest mrt station to catch a train home to see his pretty gf. As u guys noe tat there are quite a few of street performers performing along orchard road. No matter its those handicapped performers playing musical instruments or those youngsters doing break dances, they actaully liven the whole orchard road. Wats tat gonna do with Ah Huat? He dun blow........the trumpet. Neither he squeese....those cute ballons for kids.Well, as he was walking past a man on his wheel chair who was singing one of his fav hokkien song, he stopped and looked at the handicapped and somehow he felt so touched. Without any hesitation, he dug his pocket and donated one of his $1 gold coin into the donation box (fyi ah huat is a typical classic sillyporean who rather spend his last one dollar on 4D then to donate to charity or wat so ever). Feeling happy after donating to the man on wheels, he continue walk to the train station. Guess wat? Before Ah Huat could walk for 2metres, he saw a $2 note dropping down in front of his very eyes! Song bo? Ah huat picked the note up and ask himself. Due to his basic instinct, he quickly looked out for the serial numbers on the note itself and rushed to the nearest 4D booth to buy tat "Special Given" number. In his heart, Ah Huat was thinking:

"Nabei! Shoud haf donate $50 sia! Mayb i will get $100 instead! KNN!! @$#%^#!!!!"

Yah.....Typical Sillyporean. So in the end did Ah Huat ganna Top prize 4D for number he bought according to the serial numbers on the $2 note? Well, we got to wait for the result tonite then. Hoooo~~

Hoooo~ Long long time since i last blogged!! Quite busy slacking ard actually. Juz changed my blog song to suit the 7th Month Festival. I noe someone will sure cum and nag mi! Wahaha.. Its okie ! :P

Well... Few months since i did a proper entry. Life is not bad, still in my same old job facing the same working problem. But who cares? Hahaha. Nothing interesting or challenging other than fixing some blown light bulbs which is not under my job scope. Visiting youku.com and logging in msn has become my daily job scope. Dun envy me! Its not as slack as wat u tink! I got to face same problems each days created by same ppl. I am waiting. Waiting for someone to head hunt mi. Hahaha.

Actually I did someting meaningful last month. Tat was to book a holiday trip to japan in october to celebrate dear's 21st birthday. Haha. She is even happier than mi man! Going to Tokyo disneyland is one of my childhood wish as i got no chance to go there when i was a kid. Well, as a big kid, i will be going to that special place with a special one in 2 mths time! It is actually damn hard to convince myself tat we will be stepping onto the Happyland in October. SONG BO? Not onli tat we will be visiting Tokyo, we will be going to Osaka too. For actual itinerary, u can refer to HERE It will be a continous 7 days of fun i guess. Hope my dear will haf a enjoyable 21st birthday there eventhough there will be no chalet or parties celebration for her. =)

I am back. Back from a short short shopping trip. Spent some money there to buy back some very gd memories. Of cos, done some "light" shopping and bought some goodie back.

Well. A total of :

17 T-shirts

4 Polo tees

9 Belts

7 Shirts

5 Watches

4 Sandals

3 Working pants

3 Bermudas

2 Shoes

2 Ties

2 Jeans

2 Wallets

Plus some other tiny little tings. Not many stuffs bought rite? I oso tink so. Actaully dear and i went with 2 empty luggages but came back with 6. LOL.. And dun forget the fine we paid for the overweight luggage. ;)

This was the damage done to my piggy bank :

Supposed to be a short and budget trip but i dun noe y end up i can spend so much alone. The sum stated above is juz my part onli, nor including my PS's. Song bo? Ben is rite. He said tat tings will be worse if we were to visit Tokyo . Hahaha. But i tink tat money was well spent. Gd food daily eventhough it was a free & easy trip. Later part i will post all those gd food as well as junk food tat we had tried. My motto tat i set b4 the trip was "Juz Wack". And i tink we really did tat. I remember tat mum did ask mi whether we going there for sight seeing or shopping trip. I told her its neither. We going there to 扫货. Song bo? I oso tink so. Got many ppl asked mi tat "Wah. U buy so many tings but ganna fined so much. Wu hua bo? Not worth it lah" ... Yeh. Tats the common question i faced for the past 2 days. Even my dad asked mi tat. Tink of the fine tat i haf paid, i felt quite painful but when i look at wat i haf brought back, i am a happy man. =)

Anyway, i haf been back to work for 2 days liao. Sales is really bad or shd i say tat the whole market out there is like a dead town. I haf been staring at the walk way outside for past few days. the crowd level is really bad. Not tat i lazy dun wan to fight for sales but the real situation is tat there is no one i can fight with
Fortunately i managed to break my egg tis evening be4 i left. It was a small egg but i am happy enough as least i manage to haf a gd start. Hope tat tml i can hatch not onli one dinosaur egg but many many more. Song song!

I predict nothing exciting will take place next week until Vesak day. Well, we are planning for a Picnic @ Sentosa on tat PH. Sounds stupid? Yeh, i noe my PS will raise her both hands to agreed. Hahaa. Sometimes we need to do some stupid tings once awhile to spice up our life. Agreed Yj? ( Yj, dun always suan mi tat i nver update! Lim bei now doing a long long one OK! Song bo? ). Back to the picnic outing, we agreed tat each of us will bring along one cook food to share so it will be a very gd effort and everyone will haf the chance to take part.

Well, today is my last day of work b4 i go for my short short trip with dear tml. Will be going to Bangkok for 4 days and will be back on Monday nite. Haha. Holiday mood liao sia! Got to wake up early tml morning @ 04 00 and set forth to T1 as we will be taking the morning flight. Dun think i will be sleeping early tonite as will be meeting with YJ & Ben with their respective PS for some prata action @ Thomson after work. Song bo? Supposed to be a last min session so didnt ask many ppl. Sorry if i miss out out anyone.

I know someone gonna kill mi when she hears this song. Song bo? Haha. It is the 主题曲 of a very old show by 发哥. I tink i watched this show when i was onli 8 ( primary 1 onli !! ). Pretty long ago huh. Compared to the current shows by him, i still prefer those shows in the late 80s and early 90s. They were better productions eventhough there were not much computer effect like wat we see nowadays. Came across the Suzuki Lapin (shown below) few days back. Found tat it looks very smiliar to the Austin Mini Clubman produced in the 70s . Haha. Retro strike back sia. However the new Lapin is a juz a 658cc japanses kei car. Weighing a mere 790kg, the fuel consumption is a very healthy 19.8 km/l. The Lapin comes in both turbo and non-turbo versions. The turbo engine churns out an impressive 64bhp while the non-turbo one manages 54 bhp.

However the killing part is the price. Will u pay $58k juz to get a 658cc young sweet thing? Tink abt it. =)

Dun forget some problems u will face if u wan to get one.

- Ah bengs & ah sengs will over take you. Point @ u and laugh.

- Ur demanding gf will wan to break up with u.

Haha.. Very long time since i last "blocked". Miss mi? 2 of my bra actaully complained to mi tat my blog is rotting. Yeh man, haf to agreed with them. Not tat i was too busy but i was juz too lazy. Hahaha... Its okie. Let mi do a recap of wat actually happened from end of Jan until now.

Well, February was really a busy month for mi due to CNY. Got to help up my family as well as my own job. But i was happy. Enjoyed myself on the gambling table in my house. One setback was tat i didnt strike any toto or 4D in CNY month. Hahaha. Got to work harder to achieve tat.

March was a wonderful month! SONG SONG! Why? Hahaha. Well, together with the rest of my colleague, we broke the sale record and create a new high score on the table! Song Bo! Hahaha. Another special and meaningful thing was tat i celebrated my 24th Month Anniversary with my dear dear! 双喜临门? Haha. Indeed a gd month for both of us. Hope tat we will celebrate our 36th mth next year together in another country. Who noes?

As for month of April, quite a number of shitty stuff happened. I dun wish to tok abt it cos it was really damn shitty. April is a happy month for dear cos she will say gd bye to her exam for the time being!!! Wooo~ Song bo???? Hahah. . On top of tat, we haf actaully booked for a short get away trip to Bangkok in first week of May which is juz next month. Pretty fast huh. Supposed to be a last minute trip and we didnt actually think of where to go at first. Will be quite exciting and happening trip i guess cos onli 2 of us will be going. Its a free and easy trip whereby 2 blur kukus got to plan all shit out of nothing. Challenging ar? Eventhough this is not the first time we going BKK but this F&E is really a challenging task for mi. However, i was still once a Alpha Team leader leh, this type of task wont bring mi down sia!! SONG BO!!! Hahaha. Actually i haf already done those important things like tickets for flight and hotel rooms. Juz need to wait for the day to come. Hope dear will enjoy our "1st free and easy couple trip". Treat it as a warm up for our main highlight in Oct !!

For the past 2 months, we did tried out some new eating places as well as some movies. Haha. Got to share with u all some of my crazy stuff again~

Back To Work

Well... Juz ended my 2 wks of holiday in Clementi Camp. It was indeed a fun & memorable one. Long time since i last saw some of my platoon mates like eddy & mark. Training for 2 wks was really damn slack (not shag). I think i shoudnt haf called tat training. LOL. It was like a waiting session in camp. We juz wait for whole day for things to happen. Pretty cool huh? It was a stay out ICT somemore. WTF!!! Y so shiok man?? I really feel damn guilty. Really... However i stayed in camp on most of nites with yj as the travelling distance frm our house to camp was a killing part. We rather hug each other in bed (which we nearly did) than to travel to and fro everyday.

But we did book out on few evenings to meet up our platoon sgt at nite for some sessions (dun anyhow tink, its pure meet up sessions). Overall i really enjoy my ICT this yr. I really pity those who haf to sweat like shit when they go back. To mi, the most shag part of the whole 2 wks was to climb up the stairs to my bunk on the 5th floor. =)

Went few shopping sessions with my dear (aka platoon sgt) for past few days as CNY is approaching. I manage to buy all my stuff in one day which i really haf to cos i hardly haf time once i start work again. Thanx for dear who accompany mi for the shopping spree eventhough she didnt manage to buy as many as mi. Dun worry dear, u still haf another 2 wks!

It is a Sunday but I am blogging in my work place now. Pretty sad rite? Hahaha.. Its ok.. I will be on off tml and half day on tuesday.

So sorry tat i haf not been blogging for more than 1 month (tats really long man!). I was too busy with my work as well as my rotting sessions at home. LOL.Well, the first 2 wks of the Oct month, i hardly went back to work cos i was clearing my OT. I was ordered to clear my 80+ OT hours b4 my colleague go for maternity leave in late nov or early dec. So, i lan lan haf to clear them. Managed to cut dwn to 30+ hrs. Tat was considered not bad liao. I gt more comming in in nov cos i did OT in month of oct again! Damn! Its like snow balling sia, no endding sia! But, i like it!

Was busy for the last 2 wks of the month due to preparation of road show @ MW. Actually i didnt do much thing other then drafting the layout plan and helping the set up on the actually day. The set up on site was really fuck dup. Due to some ppl's poor planning, we haf to do the set up till 2.30am... Wonderful rite? Jus liek wat i went through in my army dayz.. All cock up sia! Small little road show oso can cock up and still dare to say tat he is doing a gd job. Wake up! wake up! Tat will not happen if he juz follow according to wat we haf planned out at first. Dun be a cock and tink tat u will fly one day. Damn!

Haf not been blogging for past 1 wk i guess. Too lazy with work. Haf couple of new psp games to fight on oso. Not really in gd mood to blog oso as sales is really damn damn bad! Eventhough the hungry ghost festival is over, the market is still like very quiet. Damn quiet indeed. Juz imagine i hardly haf any customers waking pass my showroom everyday after 6pm. Take note, my showroom is @ Paragon. Its scary man! I can actually bring along my pillow n bolster to sleep in the showroom without any disturbance! (mayb bring a blanket oso, i scare too cold.)

Well, i did nothing meaningful for the past few days other than reading up 2 books & meeting up with my army buddies. Yes! You never heard wrongly, i did finished reading 2 books tat i borrowed frm my bro. =) ... I felt much knowledgeable after reading those books man! (ps: not playboy or FHM ok.) Actually both books are those short horror stories writien by local writer. Tink u shd haf heard of Russell Lee rite? Tats him. Since my colleague is not ard for tat period, i haf to find my oen entertainment. Sound pathetic rite? No choice... Tats the cheapest way to pass my time here. =)

Haf our monthly supper session again on tuesday nite @ newton. There were 2 new members joining us this time round who were Andy & Darren which actaully increase the total of ppl to 6! Well done! However, recieved feedback whether can we change the location for the next session as ppl were getting tired of the food there. Well, i tink tat isint a big problem since most of us r driving. Mayb we can haf the next session at ChompChomp or 85 (darren will be damn happy!). No matter where the session is held, i really njoy the meet up. Not tat we haf a table full of food, its all the craps tat we tok abt for that 2 to 3hrs. Hahaha.. Purely no gfs or wivies ard, tats y i call it the "men's nite supper"! Sounds lame~ The hot topics tat we tok abt is not other but tat great local assassin who heong out a SAR21 frm his unit without any notice frm those guards. We were really impressed by him. =) Local version of Rouge Assassin? I was told that he actually wan to bring tat weapon to sweep off her gf's family. Nap sia~ HK assassins like Chow Ren Fat & Jet Lee are totally no fight with him man!

There is another thing tat make us damn excited which is the oncumming ICT in Jan2008. Juz can wait to go back n slcak together bunk. Heard tat it might or might not be a stay-in training. 2 weeks leh! Stay in? Siao bo! Cant buy 4D & TOTO sia! Haf to bring along my psp sia! Cant imagine tat i haf to swallow those disgusting cook house food for 2 wks again! I tink this ICT will turn out to be a slimming programme for mi~. Free and still can get free gift! Despite of all those lousy food, i tried to comfort myself tat training with them will b fun. Hahaha. Not forgetting those crazy things we will do in bunk! Suddenly, i miss army life! OMG!

Not to forget something important. Today is our small small rememberable day for dear & mi. Happy 18 Mths Anniversary dear! =) 18mths is juz the begining man! Bad Sales Month

Juz came back from 2 continous off days. Felt fresher indeed after a 48hrs short break. Due to the rainy weather for past 2 days, many of the programes tat i planned b4 hand haf to b cancelled. Annual Zoo trip is one of them. Yes , it sounds ridiculous for 2 ppl to go on such a trip on a rainy day rite? My colleague even said tat we haf nothing better to do. LOL.

Sales were really bad this month. Mayb its due to the Chinese Hungry Ghost Festival. I onli managed to close 2 deals this month, unlike i closed 3 deals in one day last month. LOL. Terrible rite ? To make things worse, 4D & Toto oso makan clean clean. Nabei! I tok to my fellow fren working juz opposite my showroom. She said tat her sales oso flopped like shit. Think not onli furniture trade is suffering in this month man. Luckily i managed to break tat big egg b4 i went Hk earlier this month. If not things will b worse.

However, no matter how bad the sale is, life haf to be carried on as per normal. Tats wat dear & mi are capable of doing. Despite the heavy rain yesterday, we still went down to Fortunate Restaurant @ TPY for some Tim Sum action. Guess wat 2 greedy fellows will do there. Enjoy of cos! Yes, i did say tat i need to cut dwn on my supper and i am really trying very hard to do so man! Haf been doing finger exercise on my PSP daily! Who dare to say tat i am in need of workouts man?!?!?!?! I really wish to get back in playing basketball which i played almost daily last time. However, its really hard to find a basketball court in Sengkang man!(I noe its a excuse). I guess i can squeeze out some time on my wkend to join my frens for some jamming actions as i was given approval to clear my OT on wkends. Hope i can start shooting balls on the court instead of shoot balls in arcade.

Basically, our 6 days Hk trip were juz abt eating & shopping i guess. Nothing big happen other then i lao sai for the whole 6 days. Yes, i noe its GROSS. LOL. Food there was delicious but i was not really tat comfortable with the hygiene. No choice man. Either we eat and lao OR starve and die. I prefer the first choice! =P Shopping there was fun & tiring man. Haf to carry so many bags ard while we shopped. I think next time i will bring along those mini trolley basket whereby those aunties bring to wet market in the morning. Tat will really lessen the hard work man!

Another foto shooting session @ the top of the Peak (juz above Madame Tussaud's Museum). Finally we had some cool breeze blowing and able to sweat abit lesser. We took a 15mins tram ride frm the bottom of the hill up to the peak. Scenery was wonderful! We were able to view the whole CBD area of HK from that height! Eventhough i was scare of height, i gt no choice but to take pics close to the railing. Weak heart man!

Well, after visiting the Disneyland and Madame Tussaud's Museum. I muz firmly agreed tat DL is totally no fight with MTM!! The latter is surely a winner man. Why? Hei Folks! I'm back! Juz touched dwn last nite @ Changi Airport. Nah bei! No ppl cum and welcome mi with banners or flowers sia! All muz be busy sleeping.No presents for all of u! No choice. Haf to take a cab back with dear.

Toking abt presents, the 6 of us really shopped through the whole 6 days. From morning till late nite. Nothing but shop and eat! Dear and i were out of control man! She bought ard 5 pairs of shoes & ard 10 tops.. I was even worse! I completed with 3 pairs of shoes with ard 18 tops! Plus 3 watches and few other items. Both of us went there with total of 2 luggage but we came back with 5 & few hand carried bags! Shiok rite!

Was rather busy with work for the past 2 days. New container haf juz arrived so haf to call up customers to fix a delivery date. They r all so hungry for their new funitures man. Furthermore European countries tat side are having summer holidays now man. Sure gt cock up one! Lucky the container arrive b4 i go for my leave. I cant imagine tat if i leave the tasks for Lawrence n Julie. Guess they will all curse mi like hell. LOL.

Now wat i hope is tat those furniture will b in very gd condition. "Por bi" tat none of the customers will reject and complain sia. If not, more headaches! (i dun wan to recieve complain calls when i'm in HK sia!)

Wah.. Now then i noe tat i haf not been blogging for almost a week. No wonder some of my loyal readers are making complains on my tag board man! So sorry abt tat. I was abit busy with work. Business wasnt tat great from starting of the month. Luckily it shot up on last weekend. LOL. Cold sweat sia. Managed to cover the low sales period. all thankz tothe newspaper advertisement which lawrence put up on las Saturday. If not for that, we will be grazing grass next month. No joke!

Ok. Tats enough abt work. Dun noe whether its coincidence or wat, another happen thing happen to mi on ast Saturday nite. Tats was, i was presented m first parking offence! Glad tat i m no longer a virgin in parking offences. Damn! Was going for a move with dear @ Amk Hub.

Toking abt the movie session last Saturday with dear, we watched the new show, not "Hairy Poter" but "Vacancy". Vacancy was so called a thrill & horror movie. It is someting similar to the movie "Hitcher". It was abt a couple whose vehiclebroke dwn on the highway late in the night so they haf no choice but to stay over nite at the near by motel. (Quite kinky rite? LOL) Tats when all the killing part came in. Personally i like the part where the couple watched the video tapes in their bedroom (nowaday still gt ppl watch VEEEEDEO tape meh?) Its really made mi haf abit of cold sweat.

Imagine tat u and ur love one are watching tape in a room whereby the video is abt a rape + murder case n the worst ting is tat the whole crime actually take place in the same room where u all r staying in! Nap rite? Interesting man! Eventhough "Vacancy" is rated as a Grade B production, i enjoyed it man! I think Hairy Poter oso no fight. Its too boring! Saved money lah, dun pay 9bucks to see tat hairy kid play with his so called magic ward lah! Kaoz!

Laziness Is my Happiness

Haf not been blogging for the past few days. Well, not tat i was too busy with work, the truth is tat i was busy with food and slacking. LOL. Hahha.

Yestaerday was my wkend off for the month. I was happy tat i did something meaningful for the day. I managed to go dwn to CPF Board ALONE early in the morning despite it was a Saturday when i can roll in bed till late . Went dwn to the branch @ Bishan to settle for my education loan which i took when i was studying in my poly. Was really turned off by the female staff who served mi ! Damn! I told her tat i wan to noe whether i can pay the rest of my loan in one whole lum sum on the spot but she juz gave mi a form to fill and walked away without telling mi wat to do. WTF!!! I already haf that form sia so wats the purpose? I was there to pay up man! Wan to give money but she dun wan? KNN! this type of ppl really hinder the earth to revolve sia!

However, i managed to get hold of another guy staff who taught mi wat to do. He told me tat i can onli pay by giving them a cashier order together with tat form. No choice lor. So i quickly went to the nearest bank to pay for a cashier order. In the end i managed to hand in everything to him. Asked him to check properly cos i dun wan to go back there again. He said tat CPF Board will take 2 wks to process it and deduct frm my bank. Thanx dude! I hope tat everything will go well so i no need to pay monthly frm next month onwards! Finally i cleared my debt!

Other meaningful thing tat i did was to bring dear and her mum for dinner in the evening. It was auntie's birthday so dear and mi decided to treat her a great feast @ a well known chinese resturant. Hahaha. Its was really a great feast man! 3 fellows ate up to $160. Nap!

Yes. Tml will be my off day again. LOL. Dun envy. And dun curse mi oso. Will be another car viewing session with dad @ Suzuki showroom tml noon if time persist. Dear will b happy to go along if she is not working. Dun worry , i will grap the lastest Swift catalog for u. Hehehe. Juz wait patiently ba. Now its onli the choosing of colour. Finally i haf my off day after such a tiring week! It is a lazy monday morning sia. Sleep till 10am until dad wake mi up to go pick my bro from his camp. Of cos, i drove to Changi Naval Base with my dad n my MUM. LOL...

We went for a simple lunch after tat at AMK. Bought my 4D after meal so no need to worry tat i will forget to buy. Hehehe. Tonite still gt TOTO sia! Wahaha... Yes my folks. There are all tiny small car. Onli 600cc+. Cant run fast with its highest speed of 140km/hr. LOL. Personally i prefer the R1. A 3 doors tiny car with very limited space inside. There r 2 back seats at the back but.... Trust me, u wont wan to sit behind! The spacre is really too small. My mum says tat the back space is onli enough to but 2 doggies behind but not human beings! LOL. I ganna scolded selfish for liking tat car! DAMN !@@##@#$$#

As for the R2, it is slightly more spacious of its additional 2 doors. But it looks very odd to me! I juz dun like the front look. Look like a Honda jazz front the front. The back is even worse gt it looks like it haf a bigh fat ass! LOL.

However the FC for both car is really very friendly. That salesman said tat full tank is ard 30 litre whereby u onli need to top up twice a month. Hmmm.. I dun take that as a point as it might not be true for ppl who drive daily. Another plus point is the road tax. Cost les than 500 bucks each yr. Far Far more cheaper than a MINI. Overall R1 is a suitable for someone who need a car to drive ard easily, not for those who wan to race or perform. R1 will fit the bill of a new driver like mi, Its juz becos of the "selfish" which my mum said. Hahaha. Shall short list another few more cars before making the decision.

Saturday Nite Supper

Well, i am still in the showroom waiting to pack up and go. Still left with 45mins to go. Once again i am working full shift today and so is tml. Hahaha. Alone in Showroom is really terrible. Lucky tat today is a saturday whereby there were more walk-ins in the afternoon. Onli manage to sell one recliner today. Haiz.. When can i get back my supper selling streak again!??!?! Haf to wait till September i guess. This month is gone due to the increase of GST. August will b doomed oso as its will be the Chinese Hungry Ghost lunar month. Not many ppl will purchase furniture in that month. Lets pray for the best!!

Anyway, will be meeting dear later. Haf to go home to wash up first then drive to fetch her from her place. Going to haf some pratas for supper. Mayb go Thomson or Jalan Kayu. Not too far away. Enough of food, i am getting hungry man! Hahaha. Gonna log out soon. Can start my packing up liao~

Transformers - MINI In The Sky !

Juz came back frm the movie "Transformers" with dear. Well, it was a great show as we got to see robots fighting in the air and wrestling on land !! Very entertaining indeed. To me, the show was trying to tell we human beings that eventhough the Transformers are so huge and powerful, they still need to depend on us (tiny little ants) when they are in some difficult situations. Sound not very logic hor? Hahaha. Its juz a movie anyway. So we can conclude that the winners not really are those BIG ONES everytime. Its was the first time i saw a robot pee (while standing somemore!) !!!! Errr... They onli come in male version ar? No female version? That will be so sad! Life as a robot is so mono!

Throughout the show, i keep asking myself how come there are no MINIs that can transform into power Transformers? Izzit tat MINIS are really tat tiny? Or izzit tat they onli haf 2 doors so their weapons will be very limted? LOL.... Rubbish! U never heard of "瘦瘦一只骨功夫看不出" ???

Bored... Really damn bored. This is the 2nd day whereby i am alone in the show room. Less than 5 ppls walk in per day. Haha. Can u imagine how bad izzit rite? The power of the number "7" (7% GST) is really damn powerful. Tired of surfing online, tired of playing my psp. No ppl to talk to somemore. Haf to talk to myself in the show room. Can u imagine how bored i am ? Now i am waiting for my break @ 1700hr cos at least i can go out and haf a walk.

Hope tat dear will cum dwn later at least i gt ppl to tok to. Hahaha. The show room seem to b very cold eventhough i am wearing a blazzer now. Mayb too few ppl walk in ba. LOL. Well.... juz came back from my weekly off day. Quite meaningful as got to drive on the public road after i got my driving license last week. Set forth from my house in my dad's new civic and not missing out the passengers : dad ,mum & bro (all very unwillingly to get in the car). Dad was quite confident in my driving however he was caught by my bro that he keep holding on to the handbar by the side! LOL. Guess he was even more excited than me! Driving on the road was quite relaxing for me as i dun feel stressful or nervous eventhough i was first time driving tat car. However mum was too scared that she actually brought 2 pillows and cover her face as i drive!

She said tat she shd haf taken some sleeping pills before the ride... Wat the...... But i proved her wrong man! Wahahha. I show her tat i am a safe driver during the journey.
My first stop was to David works Garage located @ Bedok industrial park to view tat 1978 Austin Mini (as in the pic on right ). It was near to 30 years old car but it is still as sweet as ever. I noe many ppl will say tat i am mad. Why get this scrap piece of metal when new cars are so cheap nowadays? Its the passion man. =) Anyway, i discard the idea of getting tat car cos the engine compartment was not really tat well mantained. Dad was there to advise that we can find one with better condition. Yes. I am not in a hurry so it shdnt b a problem. Juz take my time. (Dear muz be happy to noe tat i am not buying tat! =p)

Time for lunch. We went to kallang to haf the famous Prawn king noodles man! Weather was damn hot so haf to sweat like the tap as we ate. But still worth it lah. Mayb theyshd think of air conditioned the whole place. LOL. Can use that as a reason to increase the price oso! Cunning!

Due to the craving for durains, we went bugis street to get some gd durains as well as praying in the chinese temple there. Was rather crowded eventhough it was a monday. Bought some tibits oso (which i am munching them in show room now! )

It was a day to remember as it was the first time i drove my family ard. Too bad my another bro miss out the fun. Mayb i shall drive him out for pratas soon.

Alright.. I shall go for my break now. Toking about pratas make mi feel hungry sia!

Starting of a new month again man! The start of many new things such as the 7% thingy. LoL. I guess not many people are concern abt that cos they are loded in their pockets. Anyway, i am 300 bucks richer today . U shd noe why. :)

Let mi share with u all a movie tat i haf watched weeks ago. I guess many ppl were familiar with the movie "Hostel". But i haf nvr watch it b4. Instead, i watched "Hostel II". This movie is not screen in sillypore yet and will onli be out in end july or august. Eventhough i haf never watched the part one b4, i gt no problem understanding the movie cos.........It is damn GROSS! Actually i dun care abt the storyline, its the scenes tat are much more entertaining in this movie!
Produced by Quentin Tarantino who is oso the master of my fav movie, "Kill bill". This uncle is really gd in producing such bloody and meaty show man! Meaty as in not those fat or muscule stars in the movie but the ways he presented tat how human meat can be tortured. (But there are quite a few of bimbos in the show) Sounds gross rite? Wait till u watch tat show then u noe the great impact. Of cos, this show will b "R" rated. So sorry for kids below 21.

Personally i haf watched "Kill Bill" part 1 & 2 for more than 10 times but i never sick of the movie! Hahaha. It juz like those freeks tat watch "Titanic" so many times. Mayb its the passion for the movie & the director. Scenes like blood splashing and arms or heads gana cut off are very common in the movie. Hahaha. I guess some ppl already wan to vomit now !

Anyway, its a resfreshing show to watch if u are tired of those "i love u, u love mi" type of movies. This movie will definitely be a special & remarkable one for u. =)

Always remember tat Revenge is not juz a funny thing, its a sweet thing oso. =)

Movie Night with Botak Wills & Maggie Mee

Finally its Friday! Hahaha. Tml will be weekends again. Actually nothing to be happy abt cos i still haf to work on weekends. Damn! But i am much more willing to work on weekends than on week days cos it is more busy and sales turn out to will be better. I wont get so bored too. =)

Alright, i will be watching Die Hard 4 tonite with dear. Juz booked the tickets online. I haf watched the first few series so this latest part 4 is a muz watch! I guess it wont be a boring show like "Man in white" (I fell asleep after watching for 15mins. Sweet dreamz sia)....

Starring by Bruce Willis and not to miss out the ultimate chio bu, Maggie Q ! OMG! Hehehe... Got hard core actions and such a hot model, wat excuses can be given for not watching man?!?!?!

It is worth watching this 2 hrs movie on a Friday night eventhough tickets are much more expensive. How often can we haf this type of mega production with big explosions, ppl jumping dwn frm buildings or airplanes? Not very often man. This is wat we call a good movie cos we actually enjoy it through the whole show! Not like those shows where those casts juz walk or shout ard in the show.

Lame!!!

Yes guys!

Finally i passed my TP this early morning @ 8.30am @ SSDC. What a close shave! I haf been waiting for this day since the first day of my driving lesson.

I was quite nervous and stiff for my warm up session b4 the test. I was thinking tat i was gone case for the test liao. Confident level was really damn low and that wasnt the worse. Wait till the time when all the test takers pick up the ping pong ball to decide their test route.

Guess wat?

I ganna the test route 8.. Damn. Test route 8 was so call to be the most challenging test route which means many students fail in the test. Once i saw tat figure"8", my heart was like....... Doomed~ The rest of the students all stared @ me when they heard tat i ganna test route 8. WTF !

Luckily everything went well in the circuit. No mistake at all. Wait till to the road driving outside the school. Traffic was not that congested eventhough it was during peak hour whereby many sillyporeans were rushing for work. I managed to drive through smoothly and SAFELY through the test route and back to school. Pheeeee......

Anyway, i am happy tat i managed to pass my TP on my first attempt. Hope that my younger brother can pass his 2nd TP soon. =)

This is one of the outstanding colour combination i found. Pepper white mini with red hot racing stripes. Its so outstanding sia. Haha. But i heard tat pepperwhite version is no longer in production. Wat a waste! Thats one of the ideal colour sia!

Any Beta lovers here? Haha.. This is a very gd concept. Having a beta swimming in the blue paint. Unique indeed. Its damn hard to find such gd concept in sillypore. Wat we can see here are juz those normal conservative designs. If not, the most common ones are those on Ah Bengs' cars like "fire flame", "Rally Art" or wat so ever. U call those Design? Wahahaha! Laugh until front tooth drop sia!

Back to showroom after a day rest. Woke up early today for my drifting lesson @ YCK. Comments given by instructor were not bad. He said tat i shdnt haf any problem on thursday if i am careful enough. Hahaha. I am happy with tat oso. Juz hope tat it wont rain (pray to Ti Gong). Juz 2 more days to go... I juz cant wait~

Back to work again. Haf to finish a few tasks for Lawrence today. Haf to complete the preparation for static display on this Thursday. Eventhough i am on leave, i still need to cum back at nite to help up with the set up. No choice sia. If i refuse to cum dwn, Lawrence will b quite tiring. Now then i noe i am tat committed to work sia!!
